NOW LOOKING FOR FALL SEMESTER INTERNS

We are looking for a part-time or full-time student who is committed to any of the following: internationalism, education, foreign languages, marketing, business, or non-profit management. Knowledge of languages and cultures would be useful. The intern would be free to work in coordination with the Executive Director to tailor both the content and the logistics of the internship to her or his individual needs and interests. Most of our internships are non-paid and require a commitment of ten to fifteen hours per week. However, transportation expenses are reimbursed.  Interns are welcome to attend SCL events free of charge, and are given one-year memberships following the successful completion of the internship.

All interns are required to help the Executive Director with daily administrative tasks.  These include: answering the telephone; receiving and sending out mailings and faxes; and updating files.
